CEiMB: Baby Portobello Lasagna Rollups
November 13th, 2008Bored by eating same old routine menu. Try something innovative as we all know ‘cooking is all about experimenting and experiencing’. The only word i can say about this rainbow roll-ups is INDULGE!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Chapattis
- 2 Egg whites, beaten
- 1 cup mixed Sprouts, steamed or cooked
- 1 Potato, peeled, boiled and diced fine
- 1/2 cup Coriander, chopped fine
- 1 tsp Green chillies, chopped fine
- A few leaves of Lettuce
- 1 Carrot, julienned and blanched
- 2 Onions, sliced fine lenghtwise
- 1 each red, yellow and green Bell peppers, sliced fine
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Amchur
- 1 tsp Oil
