This is a recipe I found inside a pack of lemongrass tea which was gifted to me. It is a Sanjeev Kapoor recipe and what caught my eye was that it was a baked version of a traditionally deep fried savoury Indian snack.

Since discovering this website, I have gotten myself hooked on Meteor Garden series every morning, afternoon and occassionally evening! I know its an old, old series, but hey … I have not watched it before and its really, really a charming drama akin to Cinderella Story but with a twist here and there. I am
