Taste of Pace, formally of Chicks With Knives, has started a new underground supper club. Join her in West Hollywood on Saturday April 11 at 6:30pm in an yet undisclosed location. She will be featuring a variety of delicious SoCal produce from Santa Barbara to Santa Monica and farms in between. This event is BYOW (Bring Your Own Wine). On the menu Green Salad with Spring Peas, California Mandarins, and Salty Date Vinaigrette, Arctic Char with Citrus Sauce, Purple Carrot Ribbons, Crème Fraiche Burgundy Potato Mash, and Strawberry Rhubarb Cornmeal Tart with Sweet Cheese.
