I had a pork tenderloin in the refrigerator and I was craving Mexican food so I decided to make pork flautas with caramelized onions, and Monterey Jack cheese. The pork was so tender, juicy and flavorful and tasted fantastic with the sweet caramelized onion, creamy cheese, and crispy flour shell. These flautas were a huge hit with my entire family, especially my daughter who kept telling me how

I saw this recipe on La Bella Cook and couldn’t wait to make it. I adapted the recipe a bit it to work with the ingredients I had on hand. I have cooked pork tenderloin a million times but wouldn’t you know, I forgot to set the timer for my meat thermometer and I over cooked this one a bit. Thankfully, it was still tasty, just not as tender as I like. My son and I thought the vinaigrette was so

I wanted to make a healthy and quick meal for dinner so I decided to make a pork tenderloin with a simple honey mustard sauce. I made the sauce a few hours ahead of dinner so the flavors would have time to mingle. I seasoned the pork with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper and seared it on all sides before putting it in the oven to roast. I warmed up the sauce prior to serving and drizzled over

I finally tried using a brine for my pork tenderloin before cooking it and I can’t believe I waited so long. It made this pork so tender, juicy and flavorful. I let it sit in the brine for nearly 8 hours before rinsing it and patting it dry. I then seasoned the pork tenderloin with only freshly cracked pepper because I wanted to taste the flavors from the brine. There were subtle hints of
