Zucchini. A trend in my kitchen. Have you noticed? This past summer I must have blogged about this green goddess of the garden a half dozen times. I don’t seem to grow tired of it. Every new recipe I seem to love it more and more. This one is no different.

I first saw this recipe on another blog that I really like, For the Love of Cooking. I saw the pic and wanted to make it that night as my fourth meal. I didn’t. But did make it later in the week. I followed the recipe and it was delish. It was supreme, in fact. My zucchini sticks were thinner and somehow ended up with less breading, not sure what happened there but they were still amazing.
