Last week I received a gift basket (ok, it was just a cardboard box) from Black Star Gourmet containing salmon roe caviar, black caviar, smoked salmon and Russian blini. Growing up in Russia, we ate caviar on all the major holidays. I was a fan of black caviar, while my twin Anna preferred red. She also likes Diet Coke, while I’m a Diet Pepsi girl.
