I tried a potato salad recipe by Paula Deen last week and we loved it! I’ve made my Mother’s potato salad for years and tried a couple of others, but this Red Skinned Potato Salad is really delicious! In fact, I have potatoes cooking right now as I write this post, to make some more of this yummy stuff! I did change it a little; I cut the recipe in half for starters, in case we didn’t like it.
