This time of year the only cold white stuff I’m interested in is snow but for half of the world, the interest is in the edible variety.
Since it’s a bit too cold to actually make

cream there’s no eggs, no need for a custard base. It is a simple mix of
milk,
milk powder,
cream and sugar.
