Daydreaming about this rice pudding from Riz en Folie: Bedeviled Chocolate/Remembering d’Antan and Passionfruit/Kokoloko Call it a leap of faith, going out on a limb, or whatever you like, but you gotta admit, the decision to open a rice pudding bar in Montreal, akin to Rice to Riches in NYC, was a gutsy one.
