When @foodwriter tweeted that she had enjoyed roasted asparagus with anchovy crumbs. I love anchovy crumbs I  first discovered them in a risotto recipe . Though the crumbs are very easy to make for extra conveinience I have a small bag in the  freezer made from leftovers fro  Pasta and Meatballs . Crumbs in the freezer are handy for topping baked potatoes and pasta but I loved the thought of them on asparagus.
