Roasting
broccoli makes the edges slightly crisp and gives it a lovely flavor. Time required : 30 minutesServes : 4 Ingredients
1 head
broccoli ( about 300 g 0 , cut into floretsolive oil2 teaspoon
garam masala powder
Method
Heat the oven to 200 * C.Toss the
broccoli in a little oil then the
garam masala powder. Spread on a roasting tray and cook for 25 – 30 minutes or until it is tender and the edges are browned.
