Carotino oil
dark soy sauce

METHOD
Cut each eggplant in half lengthwise, with the tip of the knife make cuts all over the open sides. Combine oil and soy sauce in equal quantities, use this mixture to brush
eggplants before and several times during baking. Bake in preheated to 180°C (356°F) until soft.
