This is one of our family’s very favorite side dishes. It goes with any protein and is incredibly easy to make. Roasting
tomatoes makes them extra sweet and juicy. I simply roast them with a bit of olive oil, sea salt and
fresh cracked pepper for 7-9 minutes. I then drizzle very good
balsamic vinegar and
fresh basil ribbons on top. It’s really healthy and delicious. My entire family loves these
tomatoes - especially my son .
2 cups of
grape tomatoes, cleaned
1-2 tsp olive oil
