Lunch is my favorite meal right after breakfast and right before dinner. It balances itself so perfectly between my other two favorite meals its a shame it has to end. Years ago, when I was a bit more leisurely, lunch was a thing of beauty to be languished over bottles of rose and conversation. It was an event that was cherished, scheduled and reserved.
