I pulled out “Nigella Express” cookbook by Nigella Lawson yesterday from my bookshelf. I really haven’t given this book the full credit it deserves if I am being honest. It somehow seemed different from all her previous works she has written, but then on reflection, after baking and cooking recipes from this book I am now warming to it.
