It has been a busy weekend for all of us on the pantry. The lovely Maria,of the wonderful blog thegoddesskitchen came up with the amazing idea of us choosing a recipe to make from Nigella Lawson’s Feast in memory of Pistachio, who very sadly passed away last week. There couldn’t be a more fitting way to celebrate Pi’s life, and I know she would be so pleased.
