Ingredients
4 skinless, boned
salmon fillets, cut into 8 strips8 bamboo skewers, soaked1/2 bunch parsley and coriander leaves1/4 cup olive oil15 g butter1 tablespoon cumin ( jeera ) powder2 garlic cloves, finely choppedJuice of 1 lemon1 red onion, diced420 g cannellini beans, drained, rinsed5 cherry tomatoes, halved
