I’ve tried this incredible
fish dish at a Chinese restaurant in New York. The fillets are cut into bite size pieces and dip into a light batter and fried and then toss lightly in some chopped garlic and ginger. Here I am trying to replica it at home and the result is not bad at all. You can always replace the
fish fillets with shrimps or calamari.
