I’ve heard quite a few people talk about
salted caramel lately. Now normally I’m not one for caramel, it’s not one of my favourites, in fact I do my best to avoid it, but this had me interested. I came across an ad in a foodie magazine for Saxa sea salt flakes which had a recipe for chewy
salted caramels with white chocolate. It sounded easy enough and I rather like that sweet and salty combination, so I gave it a go.
The result, well not bad, certainly better than normal car (...)
