Sardine roll is always my favorite food. I have been trying different way to re-create that delicious pastry to go with the
sardine in tomato sauce.
This time I decided to use the empanadas skin. It is sold at the freezer aisle at my local grocery store.
Just put 1 tablespoon of
sardine on each skin.
To prepare for the
sardine:
1 can of
sardine in tomato sauce. Remove the sauce.
1 medium red onion (dice small)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mesh all ingredients.
