[js]This dish is as simple as it can be.
It’s
kale simply sautéed in oil with garlic and pepper flakes, then finished with a squeeze of lemon. We served it with our
hazelnut gremolata.
[ts]Why is this a separate post? Well, I just wanted to point out that natural light is the best! Woohoo. Of course, the day after this was back to doom and gloom. But, I’ll take what I can get.
