Trot on over and pick up a bowl of this goodness. I used up all the scallops that were whole and then I tossed the bits and pieces into this fried rice. Let me tell you that scallop fried rice is unlike any other, shrimp is good, pork is fine and so is chicken but to bite into plump little bites of scallop - oh yeah!
