monkfish), springy prawns and thin, al-dente
Cappelini pasta. The combination is excellent, especially when paired with light herb infused cream sauce. I love having my fish and prawns sautee with lots of garlic an a bit of onions, but am careful so that I do not burn them. To give it a kick, I´d usually drop some butter into the pan while the seafood´s being cooked … I know, I know … its not so good for the (...)
