Shankarpali / Shakarpara
Ingredients
Refined flour (maida) 1 cupSugar - 1/2 cup, Curd - 1 tablespoon cardamom powder - 1 teaspoonGhee - 30 gm (2 tablespoon ) Salt - a pinchWater - 30 mlOil for frying, Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoon
Method
Sieve the flour, cardamom powder and the salt and mix the ghee into it.
Dissolve the sugar in the water.
Add curd and the sugar solution to the flour and knead into stiff dough. Add more water if required.
