This is a birthday cake I made for my brother last month. I waited till now since the main ingredient were the mini puffs I made for last month’s Daring Bakers challenge. I got inspired by a cookbook cover, but I couldn’t find the original recipe so I assembled it with what I could come up with. The cake was a big hit
