  Moe and I are partial to what I call “diner food”.  Another name for comfort food.   I get a craving occasionally for  Hot Turkey/chicken sandwiches with homemade fries,  meatloaf, salisbury steak, chicken stew and dumplings, etc…..  Shepherds Pie also falls into the category of Diner Food.   And that is what we had for dinner on Monday night.
