Oh my freakin gawd you guys!  Bacon! Mayo! I was reading a post by Bittman recently that involved rendering the fat from bacon to make homemade mayo.  Needless to say, I fell instantly in love with the idea of using bacon to flavor mayo.  I mean, who wouldn’t?  You’d have to be nuts to not like that!  So, seeing as how I was making shroomburgers yesterday, I decided to give this delectable little idea a whirl.   I think this stuff is the best thing since I don’t know (...)
