Usually, when I make
lasagna, I make it because I’m craving a deliciously cheesy, pasta-and-tomato-sauce kind of dish. I love that kind of
lasagna so much that often forget about this kind – a
simple combination of noodles, bechamel, filling, and just a little cheese. It’s wonderful – the flavors are so clean, but  it’s just as rich and creamy as that other dish. And, it’s just as easy to make and can be made ahead of time too!
