Ingredients:2 1/2 to 5 lb red skin potatoes4 cloves
garlic, sliced3/4 cup chicken or turkey broth1/3 cup sour cream1/4 cup milk2 tablespoons butter1 tablespoon chopped rosemarypepper
Directions:Place in the
slow cooker. Add
garlic, broth and
rosemary. Stir. Cook and cook on high until
potatoes are tender, about 3-4 hours. Pour in milk and sour cream, mash. Serve right away or adjust the setting to low to keep warm until you are ready to serve.
