Beetroot wasn’t bright enough here is something from a 1970s paint pattern , made with a lot of freezer ingredients.
Fishcakes are wonderful things great for using up ingredients , old potatoes , stale bread ( despite my best efforts the heal of out homemade bread always gets left behind). Economically I can see why they feature so heavily on restaurant menus though I prefer mine with about 75:25 fish to potato which probably cut the margin (...)
