To be honest, I am not a fan of wasabi. Its strong flavor is too overpowering for me. But during the last couple of weeks, I wanted to make a wasabi dressing. I don’t know where I got the idea, but it did not want to go out of my mind. I finally gave in and made this wasabi dressing recipe. I served it with a soba noodle salad.
