Every Christmas we bake these “cream”
cookies. There is a recipe for actual cream
cookies, but since this one uses sour cream instead of heavy cream, we call them “cream”
cookies.
They are light
cookies that we top with icing &
amp; sprinkles every year. You can use shaped cutters for these, just not very detailed ones, as they do puff up a bit during baking.
