Halloween is over, so what is this boiling, bubbling cauldron full of? Well for starters no artificial colours! This bubbling vat of deliciousness is a Tagine of Meatballs with Eggs as the eggs begin to cook. I just thought it looked really amazing at this point. The recipe, from Sophie Grigson’s
Sunshine Food. These meatballs can be made with beef or lamb. I chose lamb because it’s a sweeter meat, but also, it seems somehow more ‘right’ with the style of dish.
