Sopur Kooka Gashi ( Chinese Potatoes Gashi - Konakani cuisine of Cochin GSB ) Koorka ( also known as Chinese Potatoes, “Koorka / Sheema Kizhangu” in Malayalam and “Soppur Kooke” in Konkani ) is a popular tuber in Kerala.
