My nose is running, my lips are burning, but I feel great. Today my brain and my belly were at odds. I knew that I should have a healthy lunch, my stomach however wanted to be filled to the brim. I saw the answer was really quite obvious. I needed a big bowl of Temple Food Soup. This soup is one that lots of us probably make.
