An easy, almost-1-pot meal, that everyone will like.
1 pound ground beef
Pepper & garlic powder to taste
1 taco seasoning packet
1 Cup water
1 1/2 Cups dry wagon wheel pasta (I use a Rotini shape)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 Cup corn ( I use frozen, thawed)
1 can black beans, rinsed (or kidney beans, I use both)
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 Cup shredded cheddar or jack cheese (I use both)
