Ingredients
1 leg lamb1/2 cup olive oil1/4 cup fresh lemon juice1/4 cup white wine1 big garlic clove, crushedBlack pepper, coarsely milled1 tablespoon dried marjoram or oregano ( rigani or wild marjoram is the herb used traditionally for Souvlakia )Bamboo skewers soaked in water1 onion and few fresh bay leaves ( optional )
