Spaghetti & Meatballs, as I continue my temporary housewife role , tonight I decided to try out being a proper Italian mamma and make spaghetti and meatballs, it is relaxing and calming making tiny spicy meatballs and simmering tomato sauce. Obviously I supplemented it with a glass of red wine. Traditional Italian meatballs are made with part pork, part beef mince but I had only got beef from the butchers so to add some richness I add some blue cheese.
