The humble cabbage. I like it to shine, it doesn’t get to shine very often. Drowned in mayo is the only way a lot of Aussies knew cabbage, at least in the summer months. I don’t mind a good cabbage salad though. A good one this is! It’s really delicious enough that I can say I would and have eaten this as a meal rather than a side - though I hasten to add, I’d not serve it to others in this way.
