This, which I spoke about here, is cheap, easy, and healthy too. I make it about once a month–yes, even in warm weather because it’s even easily eaten (and enjoyed) cold. It’s not dependent on any seasonal produce which is also a plus. It’s a little different than traditional split
pea soup varieties because of the cumin and coriander additions. I’m going to leave it at that. (And hope you try it.)
