As I was browsing through Robert Lambert’s cookbook, Fantasy Chocolate Desserts, I came across this wonderful little recipe to make this aromatic and colorful
orange spice to use as a garnish.
Ingredients:
3 to 4 large, well-colored oranges
1/2 teaspoon
ground cardamon
Directions:
