cashew nuts1 medium - sized onion2 pods of garlic1 – piece of cinnamon stick3 cloves1 teaspoon peppercorns1 tablespoon cumin seeds2 tablespoon cooking oil
Salt to taste2 tablespoon desiccated coconutMethodRoast the cumin seeds and grind to a powder. Dry roast separately and also powder the peppercorns, cinnamon and cloves.
Cut onion lengthwise.
Heat oil in a pan . Fry the onion till golden brown.Add
