It is quite common in most families in Malaysia to prepare any form of
stir fry for breakfast or dinner . The common fried rice, fried noodles, kuow teoy noodles and bee hoon (rice vermicelli) noodle is a must at least once a week in most homes.Instead of preparing with gravy as I have not that much likeness to fish,I thought to prepare a
stir fry using
