I am incredible impulsive at the market. I buy as much on attractiveness as freshness. I saw these lovely little peppers at the market recently enough and purchased them simply for their look. I used a couple to flavor pasta dishes because they were spicier than bell pepper but with a different sort of heat than jalapenos. But, this treatment didn’t really satisfy my visual senses.
