I am a firm believer that everyone has their own way of making
Spinach Dip. I like mine with extra
spinach, somehow it feels healthier that way. During the holidays I sprinkle on some Craisins for a festive feel and a little bite of sour! YUM!
1.5 Boxes Frozen, Chopped
Spinach (thawed, squeeze the excess water out)
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 cup sour cream (I use fat free)
1 cup Mayonnaise (I use low fat)
Knorr Leek Soup Mix
Craisins
Combine all the above ingredients.
