I know what you must be thinking, Where is the split-level in my pudding? There is no way around the fact that my two story pudding became a cozy one level ramekin. My food processor can be a bit on the zealous side when it comes to blending ingredients. And she (as in said beloved processor) had too much caffeine just before I made this dessert.
