500 g squid1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon salt1/2 cup water4 onions, thinly sliced1 - inch piece ginger, finely chopped10 cloves garlic, finely chopped2 green chillies. slit lengthwise1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon pepper powder
Salt to taste2 springs fresh curry leaves1 tablespoon cooking oil
Method
Wash and clean
squid. Slice into circles of 1 cm thickness.
Marinate
