Last week I showed a picture of this new knife I got from Lamson & Goodnow’s “Lamsonsharp PRO” line. I’ve had a week to play with it now, so I can tell you what I think about it. What does “Pro” mean? First, I need to explain something about “Pro” tools: Usually if they have to tell you it’s the pro line, it’s not something you’ll see professional using.
