Ingredients
1 kg hammour fillet, without skin, cut into ?bite-size pieces

banana leaf, minimum length 40cm
?Salt and pepper, to taste?
Blend together:
?80g tomatoes?40g ginger, peeled?35g galangal, peeled?50g turmeric, fresh?30g chilli, large?25g garlic, peeled?60g shallots, peeled?10g candle nuts, crushed ?10ml tamarind juice
