Nancy invted us over for dinner on Easter. As usual she asked me not to cook anything except to bring a dessert over. So I made this cheesecake for the occasion. They were delightful to make. The pink layers were flavored with strawberry jam and essence. Overall, this cheesecake isn’t too sweet. The crust is a perfect balance to the richness of the cheesecake.
